This vineyard trimmer is the doubled version of our 180 model and preveserves the many advantages introduced: lower control of movements, high visibility in the front of the tractor, great working speed.

With this machine you are able to trim contemporarily both right and left side of the row with a perfect control of the situation.

For this machine, the following accessories are available:

Topping: allows the cut in the top of the canopy area, and is equipped with a hydraulic actuator operated by joystick for its vertical lifting in the case are present obstacles. It has two knives to a useful area of 70 cm cutting. It can be ordered for right-side only or also for the left.

Conveyor for falling shoots: moves the vegetation from the lower area next to the poles line to the rows bringing it to intercept the cutting parts.

Hydraulic central: It avoids overheating of the tractor and put the machines in the condition to work in hydraulic flow rates, temperatures and pressures ideals. Extremely recommended with all rotary machines fast blades.

This trimmer cuts the vineyard vegetation with efficiency even at very high forward speed of the tractor and in presence of tender vegetation

Since the second half of the ‘90s, our company was among the first in Italy to experiment the design of a machine with high-speed blades. The blades are brought to a speed of 3000 revolution per minute and even in absence of a fixed reference, they are able to cut with efficiency even when the forward speed of the tractor is very high. It ensures a good quality cut especially in the presence of tender vegetation.

It has inherited the lucky frame of the trimmer machine mod. 106 that since the original project of 1991 is provided with a low control of movements, focusing all carpentry parts of the hydraulic movements in the low area next to the attack on the nose of the tractor, hidden by the hood and thus allowing a great visibility on the operator’s side. The electro-hydraulic controls are standard and an independent hydraulic unit with heat exchanger is recommended.

The maximum efficiency and speed of work with a simple machine to safely trim both sides of the row at the right of the tractor

The high-speed blades system is the most performant from the point of view of the operational capacity in hours per hectares and is assisted in this by the strong chassis at inverted U.

The strong chassis is also protected from the possibility of collision with poles hidden by vegetation by using a safety device that allows the rotation of the whole horizontal part of the chassis around a pin placed at the top of the vertical column and its return in position once raised the head and overcome the obstacle. A whisker rubber reference allows the operator to trim safely keeping the canopy equidistant from the centerline of the row.
